When I called to explain our plumbing situation and get an estimate, April was phenomenal! She was very professional, upbeat, and eager to get someone out to our house. In fact, she specifically wanted the manager, Joe, to come out. She couldn’t say enough nice things about him and his professionalism. She got back to me within a couple of hours to let me know that Joe would come home in 30 minutes. Joe showed up on time and was nice, courteous, professional, honest, and funny. He gave us a great deal to rework some plumbing on our laundry room renovation. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. They are fair and courteous! It’s very hard to find this type of professionalism these days. Keep up the great work!!

Service Giant Plumbing saved my home. I had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced. They came, changed the water heater, and cleaned up the water on the floor. They were on time. Took all the garbage and old heater with them and spent extra time to make sure that I understood the operation of the water heater. They also gave my a good deal on the tank and installation. I am so happy their card is on my refrigerator from now on. I would recommend them.
